What materials are the straps made of?

Our straps are made of high-quality FKM (fluorocarbon) material. Its advantage over smooth silicone straps is that it is much more durable and lasts longer.

How long does it take for the package to arrive?

Depending on the shipping address, within 5-7 business days. In all cases, the package is dispatched the day after the order is placed.

Can the product be returned?

The product can be returned within 14 days under the right of withdrawal. After the product arrives back, we will inspect it, and if it arrives back complete and in the condition it was sent, we will initiate the refund.

How can I measure my wrist size?

Using a tape measure or a strip of paper, measure your wrist at its narrowest point. Note the measurement in centimeters, then add 1-2 cm for comfortable wear. This will be the ideal strap length.
